Giampiero Ventura, ospite ai microfoni di Radio Toscana, ha così commentato le voci di un interesse viola per Rivas: "Il ragazzo non mi ha mai detto di un interesse della Fiorentina. Sono il suo papà calcistico, perchè sono convinto che quando sta bene è uno dei migliori esterni del campionato italiano. Vorrei tenerlo, se stesse bene sempre sarebbe incedibile, purtroppo ha problemi conti...
